Shivaji (Rajini) is a businessman, who owns a company whereby he is "The Boss". Suman is the Manager of that company and he is also a close friend of Rajini. He plays double game on Rajini and make him a bankrupt. Rajini loses all his money and this makes him go to prison that the crime he didn't commit. Rajini get help from Vivek and Shreya to get a better lawyer to bail him out from this case. This is where actor XYZ (Yet to finalise) plays a crime lawyer who helps Rajini. Rajini gets released and it's time for him to get revenge. Rajini get to know more about the meaning of life from the society and starts to help poor people and do lots of charity works. At the end, with the help of actor XYZ, Rajini become "The Boss" again.....
